RETURNS

Return instructions:

To request a return write an email to support@madeinnoise.com with the order number and the reason for the return. Once completed, we will send a confirmation email with the instructions for the return shipment. Please note that Made in Noise reserves the right to review and approve or reject each return.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. So email us as soon as possible.

The return shipment and all fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return terms & conditions:

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories or merchandise received with the order.

Every product must be returned with the original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Made in Noise carefully analyzes each returned item and reserves the right to approve or reject the refund. Any item not approved after review may be returned to the customer, however, any fees for returning unapproved items will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Made in Noise reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed on the website. In these cases, the customer is responsible if the package returns to the shipping address specified in the original order or if the package is destroyed. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Made in Noise will deduct a 30% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, Made in Noise reserves the right to refuse it.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite clients to immediately contact support@madeinnoise.com. Made in Noise reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.

EXCHANGES

Made in Noise does not offer exchanges at the moment.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For orders paid by credit card, please allow 2-7 business days for the money to reach your account. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Any original shipping costs incurred will not be refunded to the client unless faulty issues.

Orders in which the package is refused by the customer, not picked up when available at the post office or held at customs, and also undelivered packages due to lack of information or error in filling in the address, will not be approved for refund.
